Refund policy

RETURNS POLICY:

The Journey of Hope Program will accept the return of goods damaged in the shipping process or otherwise received in defective condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Returns must be made by sending a Return Request by email, quoting invoice number and reasons for the return. Please also include any photos that provide proof of defectiveness. Please allow 7 days for refund. Send your Return Request to lisa@lisaduffy.com.
